A: The very strong desire to enable other colleagues to be able to competently use the brilliantly effective tools contained in the Traumatic Incident Reduction Workshop.

A: I never get tired of seeing and hearing the successes of both the trainee students and their clients.

A: I was awarded a Certificate in Counselling, from the University of Hatfield, in 2001 and became a Certified Life Stress Reduction Facilitator in 2011
