A: I became a TIR trainer in 2017.

Q: What inspired you to become a TIR trainer?
A: I would have to say the amazing results and transformation of the individuals that I have worked with. Additionally, the remarkable work that we do here at the Trauma Resolution Center which has inspired me to share and train other professionals in the field to be better equipped when dealing with trauma

Q: What do you find rewarding about it?
A: The transformation that both individuals and trainees are able to accomplish. Subsequently, knowing that after the workshop trainees will be able to be part of an individual’s healing path and resolution of their traumas.

Q: Are you willing to travel to deliver training, if so under what conditions?
A: Yes, I am highly motivated to travel to deliver trainings in both English and Spanish.

Q: Do you have a private practice?
A: am the Lead Clinician at The Trauma Resolution Center and I also have a private consulting corporation.

Q: Besides TIR, what other things are you interested in?
A: I am extremely passionate about the field of trauma, which led me to enroll full time in the PhD program of Human Services. My ultimate goal is to create an accreditation program for Mental and Behavioral Health facilities across the world to ensure that trauma-focused and trauma-specific services are appropriately in place and practiced. I am also determined to bring TIR trainings to graduate schools. I enjoy self-care practices and living a healthy lifestyle.

A: I hold a Master`s degree in psychology with a focus in Marriage and Family therapy. Certified Mental Health First Aid USA & Youth Mental Health First Aid USA. I am also trained in CBT-Trauma Specific & EMDR. I am experienced in Mindfulness & Breath work. Energy Healer (Reiki Level 1). I also have experience working with diverse populations: Human Trafficking, Jail Diversion, Unaccompanied Minors and any victim of trauma
